Solution

The temperature that is common in both clinical and Fahrenheit scale is -40oC
Derivation is as follows
Let the temperature be x
C/100= (F - 32)/180
x/100 = (x-32)/180
x X 180/100 = x-32
9/5x = x-32
-4/5x =32
X = - 40
