# Volume of a Cuboid is 34.50 Cubic Metre. Breadth and Height of the Cuboid is 1.5m and 1.15m Respectively. Find Its Length. - Geometry

Sum

Volume of a cuboid is 34.50 cubic metre. Breadth and height of the cuboid is 1.5m and 1.15m respectively. Find its length.

#### Solution

Let the length of the cuboid be l m.
Breadth of the cuboid, b = 1.5 m
Height of the cuboid, h = 1.15 m
Volume of the cuboid = 34.50 m3

∴ l × b × h = 34.50 m3

⇒ l × 1.5 × 1.15 = 34.50

⇒ l = 34.50/[1.5 xx 1.15] = 20 m

Thus, the length of the cuboid is 20 m.
