\[\frac{2}{7} \times (\frac{7}{16} - \frac{21}{4}) = \frac{2}{7} \times \frac{7}{16} - \frac{2}{7} \times \frac{21}{4} = \frac{1}{8} - \frac{3}{2} = \frac{1 - 12}{8} = \frac{- 11}{8}\]
