Number of possible outcomes when card is drawn from pack of 52 cards  =52

n(s)=52

Number of face cards (4king+4queen 4jacks)=12=E= event of drawing a face card

n(E)=12

Probability of drawing face card =(n(E))/(n(s))=12/52=3/13
