Solution

Let the total number comman multiple be 'x'
No of boys = 3x
No of girls = 2x
Total number of students = 3x + 2x = 5x

No of boys who are not scholarship holder `=80/100xx3x=(12x)/5`

No of boys who are not scholarship holder `=70/100xx2x=(7x)/5`

Total No of student who are not scholarship holder `=(12x)/5+(7x)/5=(19x)/5`

Percentage No of student who are not scholarship holder `=((19x)/5)/(5x)xx100=((19x)/(25x))xx100=76%`

76% students are not scholarship holders
