\[\text{Let the other number be x .} \]
\[ \therefore x \times ( - 10) = 15\]
\[\text{or}\ x = \frac{15}{- 10} = \frac{3}{- 2}\]
\[\text{So, the other number is} \frac{- 3}{2} .\]
