Explanation:
Sometimes holder (or drawer) of the bill uses Bill of Exchange for paying off his/her debt. This is done by transferring the bill in favour of Creditors. This is known as endorsement of bill. Person who endorses the bill is called Endorser and person in whose favour this bill has been endorsed is termed as Endorsee.
