Suppose the Acceleration Due to Gravity at a Place is 10 M/S2. Find Its Value If Cm/(Minute)2. - Physics

Sum

Suppose the acceleration due to gravity at a place is 10 m/s2. Find its value if cm/(minute)2.

Solution

Acceleration due to gravity, g = 10
$m/ s^2$
∴ g = 10 m/s2 = 10 × 100 cm
$\times \frac{1}{\left( \frac{1}{60}\min \right)^2}$
∴ g = 1000 × 3600 cm/min2 = 36 × 105 cm/min2
