State the difference between the plants close to the road and those far away from the road, based on the following points.

The leaves of the plants that are close to the road have shrivelled. The leaves of the plants that are far away from the road arc very fresh.
The colour of the leaves of the plants that are close to the road has become yellowish and blackish. The colour of leaves of the plants that are far away from the road is dark green.
The plants that are close to the road appear to have stunted growth. The plants that are far away from the road appear to be well grown.
