Solution

Required area = `int_0^(pi/3)y*dx,  "where"  y = sin x` 

= `int_0^(pi/3) sinx*dx`

= `[ - cos x]_0^(pi/3)`

= `- cos  pi/(3) + cos 0`

= `-(1)/(2) + 1`

= `(1)/(2)"sq unit"`.
