\[ \Rightarrow \mu = \frac{3 \times {10}^8}{1 . 5 \times {10}^8} = 2\]

v=1.5 × 108𝑚/𝑠,𝑐=3× 108𝑚/𝑠 , n=? 
n = `c/v` 
`n = (3× 10^8)/(1.5 × 10^8)`
 n = 2 
absolute refractive index of the medium is 2.
