Solution

`3x^2+5sqrt5x-10=0`

⇒ `3x^2+6sqrt5x-sqrt5x-10=0`

⇒`3x(x+2sqrt5)-sqrt5(x+2sqrt5)=0`

⇒`(x+2sqrt5) (3x-sqrt5)=0`

⇒`x+2sqrt5=0  or  3x-sqrt5=0`

⇒`x=-2sqrt5  or  x=sqrt5/3`

Hence, `-2sqrt5  and  sqrt5/3` are the roots of the given equation.
