= `( 9^3/27^3)^(1/5)`

= `[(3^2)^3/(3^3)^3]^(1/5)`

= `[(3^2/3^3)^3]^(1/5)`

= `[(1/3)^3]^(1/5)`

= `(1/3)^( 3 xx 1/5 )`

= `1/(3)^(3/5)`
