`(sqrt59.29-sqrt5.29)/(sqrt59.29+sqrt5.29)`

Solution

We have:

`sqrt59.29=sqrt(5929/100)=sqrt(7xx7xx11xx11)/10=(7xx11)/10=7.7` 

`sqrt5.29=sqrt(529/100)=sqrt529/sqrt100=23/10=2.3`

`(sqrt59.29-sqrt5.29)/(sqrt59.29+sqrt5.29)=(7.7-2.3)/(7.7+23)=5.4/10=0.54`
