Side of the cube, l = 4.5 cm

∴ Surface area of all vertical faces of the cube = 4l^{2} = 4 × (4.5 cm)^{2} = 4 × 20.25 cm^{2} = 81 cm^{2}

Also,

Total surface area of the cube = 6l^{2} = 6 × (4.5 cm)^{2} = 6 × 20.25 cm^{2} = 121.50 cm^{2}

Thus, the surface area of all the vertical faces and total surface area of the cube is 81 cm^{2} and 121.50 cm^{2}, respectively.
