We need to prove that `vecc=(mvecb+nveca)/(m+n)`

Consider the following figure

`nvec(AC)=mvec(CB)`

`n(vec(OC)-vec(OA))=m(vec(OB)-vec(OC))`

`n(vecc-veca)=m(vecb-vecc)`

`(n+m)vecc=mvecb+nveca`

`vecc=(mvecb+nveca)/(m+n)`
