Quad 1 `(m_2 + m_3 + m_10 + m_11)` reduces to `Wbar(V)`

Quad 3 `(m_8 + m_8 + m_12 + m_13)` reduces to `bar(W)U`

Pair 1` (m_2 + m_6)` reduces to `bar(U)Wbar(Z)`

:. F(U, V, W, Z) = `Wbar(V) + bar(W)U + bar(U)Wbar(Z)`
