It is difficult to tell if Ravi’s boss is right or not as there is no information on how Ravi’s boss is feeling. From Ravi’s perspective it seems that his boss is wrong in not giving him leave. His boss may allow him half a day’s leave so that he can take his daughter to a doctor.
