If `(m + n)/(m + 3n) = 2/3` find  `(2n^2)/(3m^2 + mn)`

Solution

`(m + n)/(m + 3n) = 2/3`

=> 3m + 3n = 2m + 6n

=> m = 3n

`=> m/n = 3/1 `

`(2n^2)/(3m^2 + mn) = 2/(3(m/n)^2 + (m/n))` `(Dividing each term by n^2)`

`= 2/(3(3/1)^2 + (3/1)`

`= 2/(27 + 3) = 1/15`
