#### Solution

Let the total number comman multiple be 'x'

No of boys=3x

No of girls=2x

Total number of students =3x+2x=5x

No of boys who are not scholarship holder =80/100xx3x=(12)x/5

No of boys who are not scholarship holder =70/100xx2x=(7x)/5

Total No of student who are not scholarship holder =(12x)/5+(7x)/5=(19x)/5

Percentage No of student who are not scholarship holder =((19x)/5)/(5x)xx100=((19x)/(25x))xx100=76%
