 will not be an even number. 

Solution

sample space={1,2,3,4,5,6} 

n(s) =6 

E=event of not getting an even number ={1,3,5} 

n(E) =3 

probability of a not getting an even number=`"n(E)"/"n(s)"=3/6=1/2`
