Solution
Since `(x + 1/3, y/3 - 1) = (1/2, 3/2)`
the corresponding elements are equal.
∴ `x + 1/3 = 1/2` and `y/3 - 1 = 3/2`
∴ `x = 1/2 - 1/3` and `y/3 = 3/2 + 1 = 5/2`
∴ x = `1/6` and y = `15/2`.
