If the area of three adjacent faces of a cuboid are 8 cm^2, 18 cm^3 and 25 cm^3. Find the
volume of the cuboid.

#### Solution

WKT, if ,,x y z denote the areas of three adjacent faces of a cuboid
⇒x=lxxb,y=bxxh,z=lxxh.
Volume V is given by

v=lxxbxxh

Now, xyz=lxxbxxbxxhxxlxxh=V^2

Here     x=8

y=18

And   z=25

∴ v^2 = 8xx18xx25=3600

⇒ v= 60cm^3
