`A^t - 1/3 A`

`= [(-3, 0),(6, -9)] - 1/3 [(-3, 6),(0, -9)]`

`= [(-3, 0),(6, -9)] - [(-1, 2),(0, -3)]`

`= [(-2, -2),(6, -6)]`
