Solution

3[4  x] + 2[y  -3] = [10   0]

[12  3x] + [2y  -6] = [10  0]

[12 + 2y   3x - 6] = [10  0]

Comparing the corrresponding elements we get

12 + 2y = 10 and  3x - 6 = 0

Simplifying we get y = -1 and x = 2
