Find x, if `"g"(x)` = 0 where `"g"(x)` = 6x² + x − 2

`"g"(x)` = 6x² + x − 2

`"g"(x)` = 0

∴ 6x² + x – 2 = 0

∴ 6x² + 4x − 3x − 2 = 0

∴ 2x(3x + 2) − 1(3x + 2) = 0

∴ (2x – 1) (3x + 2) = 0

∴ 2x – 1 = 0 or 3x + 2 = 0

∴ x = `1/2` or x = – `2/3`
