$\text{ So, }\left[ h \right] = \frac{\left[ E \right]}{\left[ v \right]} = \frac{\left[ {ML}^2 T^{- 2} \right]}{\left[ T^{- 1} \right]} = \left[ {ML}^2 T^{- 1} \right]$
