ax2y + bxy2 + cxyz

#### Solution

$\text{ The greatest common factor of the terms }a x^2 y, bx y^2\text{ and }cxyz \text{ of the expression }a x^2 y + bx y^2 + cxyz \text{ is }xy .$
$\text{ Also, we can write }a x^2 y = xy \times ax, bx y^2 = xy \times\text{ by and }cxyz = xy \times cz .$
$\therefore a x^2 y + bx y^2 + cxyz = xy \times ax + xy \times by + xy \times cz$
$= xy(ax + by + cz)$
