3x2y + 11xy + 6y = y(3x2 + 11x + 6)

= y[(3x2 + 9x + 2x + 6)]

= y[3x (x + 3) + 2(x + 3)]

= y [(x + 3)(3x + 2)]

= y (x + 3)(3x + 2)
