= (4(5x + y))2 - (3(3x - 2))2
= [4 (5x + 4) - 3 (3x - 2)] [4(5x + 4) +3(3x - 2)]

= (20x + 16 - 9x + 6)(20x + 16 + 9x - 6)
= (11x + 22)(29x + 10)
