#### Solution

Radius of the circular orbit, r = 42250 km

Time taken to revolve around the earth, t = 24 h

Speed of a circular moving object, v=(pir)/t

=(2xx3.14xx42250)/24=265330/24=11055.4" km/h="

If we want speed in kilometer per second then,

=11055.4xx5/18

=3070.9444444" m/sec"

=3070.9444444/1000

=3.070" km/s"
