Momentum,

$p = \sqrt{2mE} = \sqrt{2meV}$

de-Broglie wavelength,

$\lambda = \frac{h}{p} = \frac{h}{\sqrt{2meV}}$

∴$\lambda = \frac{h}{\sqrt{2meV}}$
