#### Solution

a = - 1, `d = 1/2`

Let the series be a_{1}, a_{2}, a_{3}, a_{4} …a_{1} = a = -1

a_{2} = a_{1} + d = `-1 + 1/2 = -1/2`

a_{3} = a_{2} + d = `-1/2 + 1/2 = 0`

a_{4} = a_{3} + d = `0 + 1/2 = 1/2`

Clearly, the series will be `-1, -1/2, 0, 1/2`

First four terms of this A.P. will be `-1, -1/2, 0 `
