Prove that:
\[\frac{\sin^2 \theta}{\cos\theta} + \cos\theta = \sec\theta\]

Solution

\[\frac{\sin^2 \theta}{\cos\theta} + \cos\theta\]
\[ = \frac{\sin^2 \theta + \cos^2 \theta}{\cos\theta}\]
\[ = \frac{1}{\cos\theta}\]
\[ = \sec\theta\]
