Solution

Commision to agent =12% 0f sales

`∴ "Commision to agent"=12/100xx36000`

                                   `=4320`

`∴ "Seller recieves" ="total sales"  - "commision to agent"`

                          ` =36000-4320`

                          ` =31680`

The agent recieves Rs.4320 as commision and seller get Rs. 31680
