Question

Given `A = [(-3, 6),(0, -9)]` and `A^t` its transpose matrix. Find `2A + 3A^t`

Solution

`A = [(-3, 6),(0, -9)]`

`A^t = [(-3, 0),(6, -9)]`

`2A + 3A^t`

`= 2[(-3, 6),(0, -9)] + 3[(-3, 0),(6, -9)]`

`= [(-6,12),(0, -18)] + [(-9, 0),(18, -27)]`

`= [(-15, 12),(18, -45)]`
