Solution

Number of possible outcomes when dice is throw={1,2,3,4,5,6}

n(S)=6

Event of getting a number greater than 2=E={3,4,5,6}

n(E)=4

Probability of getting a number greater than 2`=(n(E))/(n(S))=4/6=2/3`
