Gokhale Education Society's R.N.C. Arts, J.D.B. Commerce and N.S.C. Science College

Welcome to our college website. Our college was established in 1963, and we will be celebrating our golden jubilee in 2013.
We have more than 7000 students and 250 staff members in our college. Our college has a great tradition of appointing deserving ex-students as teachers on our staff. I am proud to say that I am also an ex-student of this college.
Our college has a number of academic courses such as B.A., B.Com. , B.Sc., as well as M.A., M.Com. and M.Sc. We also have various professional courses such as B.B.A., B.C.A., B.Sc. Computer Science, and B.Sc. Biotechnology.  We also run a variety of Certificate and Diploma Courses. During the last three years we have started M.Sc. with Computer Science, M.Sc. with Organic Chemistry, B.C.A. and B.A. with Psychology.
We have 27 forums through which various activities are undertaken for the overall personality development of the students. These forums include NCC Army Wing, NCC Air Wing, NSS, Students’ Council, Women’s Cell, Arts’ Association, Commerce Association, Science Association, English Literary Association, Marathi Literary Association, and Hindi Bhasha Sabha.
We have a well equipped gymkhana building and huge play ground of seven acres. Every year 10 to 15 students participate in National Level Sports Tournaments. We have a huge library with around 90,000 books, internet facility for both students and staff  , study rooms,  reference sections etc. We have well equipped laboratories for all science subjects. Our college has close contact with our ex-students and parents. Their contribution towards the college is quite substantial.
